International Games are Being Shipped!

Hi All,
We are excited to announce that games for our international customers will officially be heading out this week! Our distributor has told us that games are packed and are just awaiting labeling. You should be receiving an email this week with tracking information.
Again, we apologize for the delay. There were definitely some unforeseen shipping and custom challenges that are thankfully behind us now. You all have been amazing in your support and we are super excited for you to receive your copies of Feuding Foodies!

International Shipping Update

Hi Everyone,
Happy holidays! Wanted to give an update on the international shipments. There were some unexpected delays in getting our games to our distributor. (At one point, the shipment carrier lost tracking of the shipment, and we were working with them to figure out what had happened.) The good news is everything was found, and games are now reaching our distributor this week! We feel confident that games will start being shipped out to you, our international backers, in January.

Games have Arrived!

Hi All,
We are excited to announce the games have officially arrived!
U.S. Backers: We have set up a 3 person assembly line (aka David, Aaron, and Gurleen) to efficiently package, label, and ship them out. We expect all games to be in your hands well before Christmas!
International Backers: We are coordinating with our 3rd party distribution center in Greece. Games are unfortunately still held up in customs over there, but we’re hoping they will be cleared soon. Will keep you posted, but there’s a possibility international games won’t make until after the new year.

Game Update and Backerkit!

Hi All,
We would like to update everyone on 2 pieces of news:
1.) 85% of backers have completed their backerkit surveys. If you have not completed your backerkit surveys, please make sure to do so! This will ensure we have your correct shipping address and you can receive your game and other add-ons!
2.) We are excited to share that the games are officially en route to the United States from the manufacturer as of 10 days ago. The games will be at port by Nov 20th; however, there is uncertainty around whether there will be custom delays once there. We will keep everyone updated if that is the case! After games do make it past port, we will be able to start shipping out everyone's individual orders. If we don't have delays, we'll be on schedule for all United States orders to be shipped before Christmas.
As for international shipments, due to brand new regulations in the EU and UK, we've had to locate a distributor in Greece for shipping games out to our international customers. This allows us to stay compliant in toy safety standards and EU/UK taxes. The games are currently en route to the distributor, but once again, there may be custom delays.
We will know more by middle or end of November regarding game delivery timelines.

We hope you are having a good week so far. We’ve been busy finalizing the pledge manager, print-n-play cards, and the manufacturing order.
We are super excited to share that we have placed the manufacturing order for Feuding Foodies!
At this time we would also like to start collecting shipping information and shipping payment from you all. You should have received an email form Backerkit with the subject line- “Response Needed — Get your reward for Feuding Foodies - The Card Game”. Please be sure to complete this survey at your earliest convenience. At the completion of the survey, you’ll be able to download a copy of the print-n-play! We need all backers to complete this survey by November 1, 2020. If you have not received this email or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us!
